1. Can I cancel if I changed my mind?
If you picked nonrefundable booking, you can cancel but won’t get any refund.
If you picked flexible cancelation, you can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. But if you cancels after that, we will be paid for each night the guest stays, plus 1 additional night.
2. What is the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee doesn’t cover any cleaning during the stay. It covers the necessary cleaning needed to return the apartment to the way it was before check-in.
3. What is the process for an extra cleaning and changing of linens?
If the stay is for more than 10 days, the guest is entitled for a full cleaning and change of linens. Cleaning time is coordinated with the host based on staff availability. Any extra cleaning requested would be paid.
4. What is the service fee?
This fee is imposed by Airbnb and it’s up to 15% of the total.
5. Is the apartment in Victoria Island?
Yes it is in the heart of Victoria Island.
6. Is it a full flat or shared? How many bedrooms and beds?
It is a full private apartment. 2 bedrooms and 3 beds (2 are single and 1 is King size)
7. What time is the checkout? Can we extend the time?
Check out is at 12 Pm. unfortunately, we can’t extend it because we need 3 hours to clean and sanitize before the next check in.
8. What time is the check in?
Can we check in earlier than the specified time? Check in is any time after 3 PM, because we need 3 hours to clean and sanitize after the previous guest check out and prior your arrival.
9. How far is the apartment from the airport?
45 minutes without traffic.
10. Is the apartment surrounding secure?
The apartment is in a gated and secured compound.
11. Can the host help with the transportation from and to the airport?
Yes
12. What document do we need for visa on arrival?
Passport copy, 2 photo passport and a copy of the ticket.
13. Can I wash the towels and bed sheets?
You can wash the towels but not the bed sheets.
14. Is there a gym in the building?
No but there is a gym that is 10 minutes away from the apartment.
